Since then, HS Green has become a local favorite, where everyone can eat healthy without getting bored and indulge without regret. Envisioning a new American bistro, inspiration was drawn from the English pub and French bistro, a place where both locals and visitors could come in with friends and family, have a meal, a glass of wine or a craft beer, or grab a healthy smoothie. This lifestyle concept came with a twist: the food would be made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available to provide not only healthy choices but also some guilty pleasures.
