Customer Happiness Ninja

When a user contacts RocketReach Support, we want them to feel welcomed and supported. They might need help with pricing, refunds, a new feature we've developed. They might even appreciate a warm, empathetic hug. Your job is to provide our users with the help and support they need.

Job Duties:

* Helping users sign up for paid plans.
* Welcoming new users and shaping the on-boarding experience.
* Basic Pre-sales/Account Management Tasks
* Answering our live chat questions, responding to customer emails.
* Evaluating and scoring new customer transactions to determine if they are fraudulent or valuable.
* Manage responses to chargebacks & other payment processor operations.
* Maintaining and improving clear, scalable, measurable process for making our customers more happy.
* Occasionally, doing menial miscellany.
