* Effectively distill and deliver the RocketReach value proposition, demonstrating RocketReach’s product, integrations, and features via product demonstrations * Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers * Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if RocketReach can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth * Overcome concerns and both business and technical roadblocks * Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products * Help shape the quickly growing team, define processes used for efficient sales, and potentially take a leadership role within the Sales organization as opportunities arise

* Own customer accounts post-sale, primarily focused on three primary KPIs: * Retention * Satisfaction * Revenue Growth * To drive these KPIs, you’ll use a number of tactics, including: * Develop a long-term strategy with clients meet their growth objectives using RocketReach * Develop the ability to understand and help to promote opportunities for service and tool expansion within a client organization * Be the primary point of contact with the client, establishing trust in the relationship * Bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance RocketReach’s values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the future

When a user contacts RocketReach Support, we want them to feel welcomed and supported. They might need help with pricing, refunds, a new feature we've developed. They might even appreciate a warm, empathetic hug. Your job is to provide our users with the help and support they need.
* Helping users sign up for paid plans. * Welcoming new users and shaping the on-boarding experience. * Basic Pre-sales/Account Management Tasks * Answering our live chat questions, responding to customer emails. * Evaluating and scoring new customer transactions to determine if they are fraudulent or valuable. * Manage responses to chargebacks & other payment processor operations. * Maintaining and improving clear, scalable, measurable process for making our customers more happy. * Occasionally, doing menial miscellany.
