Dance Scenario is a multi-genre Social, Competitive & Exhibition Styles, Professional Dance Studio. We were established as an official business in 2011, but the owner has been inspiring, teaching & mentoring students of many various styles of dance since 1991. We create a dance experience for our students like no other, by offering world-class dance instruction and related services in a welcoming and safe environment, where our students can have fun, will be entertained, and be transformed to the best dancers they possibly could be! With our unique and authentic approach to personalized, functional and energy-focused dance instruction, we can assure that your specific needs, desires and dreams are met every step of the way. We believe that (1) a firm understanding of your mechanical body, (2) a solid understanding of the basic principles of natural, uncomplicated and quality movement, (3) a great connection with your partner and also with the music and its specific rhythms, as well as (4) the correctly applied technique and styling for any given dance, are required to create the sought-after magical and amazing dynamic that any dancer is craving for – no matter where, or with who, you want to dance. Our services include Wedding- and Matric Dance lessons, Corporate Wellness & Team Building, Entertainment, Choreography, Movement Assistance, Judging and Examination. Marketing and event companies can book us for promotional campaigns and special events. We teach the following dance styles: Local Folk (Boogie, Sokkie & Two Step); Ballroom (all social & competitive dances – International & American styles); American Swing (mainly East Coast - & West Coast Swing, but also Lindy & Charleston); Salsa (Cuban), Bachata (Caribbean/fusion) & Kizomba (traditional/fusion); Argentine Tango (various styles); DanceFit! (CLADEnFiTo! – Caribbean, Latin-American & African Dance Energy, Fitness, Fun & Toning); Ladies Solo Latin Line Dance (Suelta Latina) and Fusion Line Dance.
