We are an independent small business located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and a producer of artisan quality vegan stews that are delicious, nutritious, and very convenient to use. They are perfect for quick lunches at work, or for those nights when you just don’t feel like cooking. Simply heat and eat! Each product contains a pulse, vegetables, and aromatic spices and herbs, all-natural ingredients that you would find in any household kitchen. We pressure-can them without preservatives using ingredients that we source from local farmers during the growing season. Pulses are a superfood and the edible seeds of legumes. They offer us the most sustainable way of getting protein in your diet. Pulses are how we can feed a planet with billions of people while keeping our carbon footprint low. You can play your part by taking a “pulse check” and making your protein plant-based as often as possible.
