Moderators automatically redirect high-risk posts to counsellors, who respond immediately via private chat. Users can filter discussions by topic, such as anxiety or autism, to connect with relevant peer communities. The Tellmi Directory offers 24/7 access to over 700 local, national, and specialist services, crisis helplines, psychoeducation resources, and tools aimed at enhancing mental health self-management skills. Additionally, Tellmi has pioneered text-based, one-on-one Solution-Focused Therapy. This approach encourages people to identify their existing strengths and concentrate on achievable goals rather than focusing on obstacles.
