Salubrious Eats, LLC ™ is a Registered Nurse-driven personal chef and menu planning business. Established in 2016 it is a DVOSB (disabled-veteran-owned small business) and a WOSB (woman-owned small business) based outside of Jacksonville, Florida. Great Emphasis is placed upon creating healthy meals. We assist in treating health disparities that are aggravated or cultivated by poor diet and/or nutrition. We provide meals for 3-5 days at a time to maintain the integrity of food prepared. We also consult with individuals and corporations regarding healthy eating habits and dietary preventative measures to eliminate or combat many diseases. We will also take the wheel to your next dinner party, and wow your guests. Our Mission To prevent hospitalizations, complications of chronic illnesses and death. Our solution is to offer 1 on 1 cooking classes to educate, in-home meal prep, and wellness checkups. Wellness checkups include; blood pressure and blood glucose checks/monitoring*, and HgbA1C checks*. Most noteworthy, our wellness checkups will facilitate early detection of further disease complications and also serve as a program* progress indicator.
