We’ve heard your feedback: you need a smarter, more flexible way to manage your contacts. That’s why we’re excited to introduce powerful new features designed to transform how you stay organized, streamline your workflow, and enhance your outreach directly within RocketReach. Here’s what’s new:
- Stay Organized with My Contacts and My Companies: Say goodbye to My Lists! Our new My Contacts and My Companies features give you better tools to organize your outreach and research. From here, you can take bulk actions like messaging, exporting, adding tags, and more—all in one place.
- Dynamically Categorize with Custom Tags: Create custom tags to group contacts or companies by campaigns, themes, or your unique needs. Apply up to 50 tags per contact or company, giving you complete flexibility and precision in your organization.
- Search, Filter, and Manage by Tags: Use your custom tags to easily search, filter, and organize your contacts or companies, making it effortless to stay on top of your outreach.
- Track Updates with Contact Notes: Capture important details and track progress with notes directly on contact cards. Keep all your outreach context in one place for better conversations and follow-ups.

New contact data and Intent Data updates
- Over the past month alone, we’ve added 29M new emails, 8.7M new phone numbers, and tracked 12M job changes, ensuring our information remains current and comprehensive.
- For Intent Data, we have added support for an additional 6K intent topics and now have ~14k intent topics available for users to select. The expansion of our topic list allows you to monitor more specific topic areas that better align with your business. Learn more about our Intent Data offerings.
Improved Department and Management Levels
Updated the department groupings and management levels to better represent changes in the job landscape. With this change, we have increased our department and management level fill rates, giving you better accuracy and controls in your search filters.
Enhanced Search Experience: Smarter, More Relevant Results
We’re continuously improving your search experience to help you find the right contacts and companies faster. Here’s what’s new:
- More Intuitive Job Title Search: The Job Title search facet now defaults to a broad (non-exact) search, making it easier to find relevant matches across a range of titles. Need precision? Simply use quotes (e.g., “Marketing Manager”) or select “Exact” from the dropdown menu for targeted results.
- Improved Industry Keyword Relevance: We’ve refined the Industry Keyword search so the results prioritize companies where your keyword represents their primary industry. This ensures your searches are more focused and relevant.
- Coming Soon: Competitor Search & Data: Later this month, you’ll be able to search for competitors directly within RocketReach. Plus, competitor data will appear on profile cards, giving you even more insights at a glance.
VAT for non-US customers
For customers whose billing address is outside the United States, you can now log your Tax ID / Tax Number / Business ID in your RocketReach account settings. This information will be used to ensure appropriate tax calculation on future invoices. Learn more here.
