Founded by Britta Kramer in 2007, Private Palate is a personal chef and event design company. At Private Palate we believe in preparing nutrient-dense meals using fresh, local, whole foods. We don’t believe in fad diets, but rather creating balance by paying attention to what we put into our bodies and how that makes us feel. Instead of offering a diet that is not sustainable, we encourage our clients to make a healthy lifestyle choice. Menus are custom-designed to meet any dietary restriction and food allergy to provide meals that will benefit your lifestyle.
