Ive spent the last several years working as a sustainable food and nutrition consultant in the field of environmental healthcare. Ive worked with organizations like Health Care Without Harm , educating and linking hospitals and the health care community with information and resources about healthy, sustainable food and food practices, in effort to change the landscape of hospital food and wellness. As a wife and mother, I use this same information in my own household in guiding my choices for healthy food and more sustainable personal care products. Since we women are still primarily responsible for most of what is purchased and consumed in a household, I developed MooreBetterFood to educate and empower you, so that you can also have optimal health and well-being for yourself and your family. My focus is on whole, clean products to reduce your exposure to toxins in foods, packaging, cookware and personal care products.
