Mankoushe is a family-run Middle Eastern restaurant and bakery with two locations: Lygon Street in Brunswick East and inside Schoolhouse Studios in Collingwood. Our menu reflects the depth of Middle Eastern cuisine, stretching from Iran to Morocco whilst working with the best ingredients Australia has to offer. After arriving in Australia from Beirut 7 years ago, J ad, Hady, and Gisele are excited to share their unique culinary passion and experience with all the hungry Australians. The Choucair family is passionate about sharing every aspect of Middle Eastern culture from falafel to Fairuz. Food has no borders and the Middle East has a history of travelers and traders, Bedouins and bazaars.
