We are a progressive independent micro roaster based in the inner Melbourne suburb of North Fitzroy. Over the past 15 years we have supplied a diverse range of coffees to our customers - initially focusing on Australian grown coffee through our Eureka Coffee brand and including coffees from our family coffee plantation, and then expanding into imported specialty coffees over the past 10 years. We have strong relationships with our growers and sourcing partners to understand and appreciate growing conditions, coffee varietals, processing techniques and seasonal variations. We roast for a range of brew methods and have several seasonal blends on offer. Our single origin range is continually evolving and changing - to reflect availability and seasonal factors.
