Klustera´s mission is to digitalize and unify the connection between users and brands with a Marketing Augmentation Platform. Nowadays, there is no feasible way for merchants and brands neither to measure nor optimize in real time the in-store user activity, nor to coherently speak to their customers across different channels. A workable solution for this has been the deployment of complex CRM systems, artisanal methods such as observation and market research, but only a solution like Klustera can fully leverage the timeliness, relevance and scalability of digital media outside the online world. Our approach to solve this problem is a platform that combines hardware (commodity routers powered by our proprietary firmware) and software (data wrangling and machine learning algorithms) in order to build an interactive layer upon the physical world.
