Gymflash is a community of studios, instructors, personal trainers, wellness counselors, and fitness hobbyists all. Through the GymFlash network students can follow their favorite instructors, gym buddies can make new gym buddies, and we can all cheer each other on in our quest for health and happiness. Today's gym member is always on the go and needs a mobile gym. We want to enable busy professionals to engage in their hobbies, or find new ones. GymFlash offers more choices for more flexibility. We believe fitness should be fun, not a chore. That's why we offer a variety of activities for one membership - that includes everything from yoga to mixed martial arts to roller skating to massage therapy.
