Michael is Chief Financial Officer of EBSI. He is also responsible for managing EBSI's Outsourcing Service to clients which a major component of EBSI's Core Business Model. Michael has over 30 years' experience in management and operational experience in both public and private accounting sectors. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Montana and California.
