GritCycle is a boutique indoor cycling studio with four locations in Southern California. We specialize in high-intensity, full-body spin classes. During each 45-minute class, clients follow choreography set to music, taking them out of their fitness comfort zones and connecting them to the incredible community of GritCycle riders.
