AERI (American Electronic Resource, Inc.) is an independent distributor of obsolete, end-of-life, allocated, and hard-to-find electronic components. Since 1994, we have helped OEMs in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets keep production lines running when the parts they need are no longer on the catalog. Finding the parts is the first promise. Proving they are authentic is the second. Every order is inspected in our in-house QC lab in Costa Mesa, California, using X-ray, decapsulation, XRF, solderability, and microscope inspection, performed by IDEA-ICE-3000 certified inspectors. We test to AS6081 and AS6171 standards for the avoidance of counterfeit electronic components. Our founder, Robb Hammond, is a founding member and former committee chair of the SAE AS6081 standard, created for the avoidance of counterfeit electronic components. We source through a global network of suppliers we have vetted over years of relationships, with sales and purchasing offices across the US, UK, Australia, and Asia. We would rather walk away from a part than source it from a supplier we cannot stand behind. We work with OEMs building mission-critical products. We do not sell to repair shops, brokers, or individuals. Sourced. Tested. Trusted.
