Mission The Cycle Effect’s mission is to empower young women through mountain biking to create brighter futures and build stronger communities. About The Cycle Effect is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides bikes, gear, transportation, coaching and year-round programming to eliminate barriers to the sport of mountain biking for historically excluded riders. With youth and adult programs in Eagle, Summit, Mesa and Routt counties of Colorado, The Cycle Effect goes beyond the bike to mentor athletes around topics of physical wellbeing, mental health, community engagement and leadership.
