FARE is a Chicago-born fast-casual restaurant company on a mission to feed America better. We make our menu from scratch in our kitchens every day, starting with whole vegetables, never pre-cut or pre-packaged. We cook without seed oils, publish our ingredients, and build meals to be nourishing, satisfying, and fast enough for real life. Think of FARE as your kitchen away from home. From meal prep and farmers' market pop-ups, FARE has grown to 10 locations across Chicagoland, with Charlotte locations in development. Our menu changes with the seasons; our promise does not: real ingredients, bold flavor, generous portions, and convenience without compromise. FARE is female-founded and operated and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 for three consecutive years. Our founder is part of the 2025 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America class. FARE plans to raise its Series A later this year.
