Dish Gourmet is a Boulder deli, corporate catering company, and onsite restaurant management company. Since 2006, on Pearl Street's East End in Boulder, Dish Gourmet deli offers gourmet sandwiches, prepared foods to eat in or takeout, catering, boxed lunches, sandwich platters, and specialty foods such as cured meats and cheese. Everything on the menu is created fresh using the very best ingredients available. Meats are locally sourced from outstanding, independent farmers and then roasted in-house, everyday. In addition to our flagship Deli, we specialize in onsite restaurant and food service management and are dedicated to creating the most delicious food exceptional and providing an exceptional service experience to your team.
