Holistic Wellness is an approach to life. This ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts or converses with his or her environment. It emphasizes connect between Body, Mind and Spirit. If you will carefully observe, we all human beings are in constant conversation with universe or surrounding by way of exchange of words, thoughts, emotions, energy and/or actions. More often than not, we are conducting this conversation unconsciously, specifically thoughts and emotions, and hence causing outcomes (good or bad) also unconsciously. It is the quality of our conversations which determines the quality of our life and well-being. But, nobody teaches us how to conduct these conversations mindfully and consciously so that we become the “master of our destiny” and live a happy fulfilling life. “Conversations” is your “One Stop Solution” to master the art and science of “Conducting Mindful Inner Conversations”.
