Bounce Forward is a national charity that specialise in building psychological fitness in children. Psychological fitness combines mental resilience and emotional well-being. We work with schools across the UK to provide the tools and training needed to survive and thrive in the 21st century. The work is practical, based on evidence, and can deliver deep and lasting change in young people’s behaviour and their ability to learn. Our Core Principles 1 Resilience is not just about overcoming setbacks it’s also about making the most of opportunities. 2 Our approaches and training are based on solid research, theory and evidence. 3 We teach skills and strategies that work in the real world. 4 The adults matter: their role is vital in helping children and young people be resilient.
