Baxter was a complete marketplace solution for EU retailers, focused on the luxury fashion industry. It allowed retailers to upload and sell their products through a universal checkout while having all SKU and shipping logistics managed for them, provided by five global shipping partners. All monitored start to finish within an easy to use dashboard. Retailers were also able to build and setup in-house campaigns with social influencers, to market their products. Within a year, Baxter had a contract to sell products for 89 luxury boutiques in Italy. However, the relation between luxury and influencers at scale was too niche and not the right PMF, and the founders felt the platform was best pivoted into something more inclusive.
