Blue Hill at Stone Barns is a farm-to-table dining experience and a leading voice in the sustainable food movement. Led by chef and author Dan Barber and partners David and Laureen Barber, we have been perennially regarded as one of the world’s most exciting and innovative places to eat, cook, and explore since our opening in 2004. We are located on and partner closely with the Stone Barns Center, an 80-acre working farm in Pocantico Hills, New York. Together, Blue Hill and Stone Barns Center form a passionate research and education community seeking to develop a regional eating culture driven by the needs of the land. Our story began with a family farm in the Berkshires. Today, we’ve grown into Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Family Meal in New York City, a casual Cafeteria, and a marketplace. The Grey Dog is all-day cafe and coffee shop that our neighbors & friends have been calling home since 1996. We serve simple & delicious food, great coffee, and exceptional beers & wine all day, every day. We probably play our music just a little too loud and our portions might be a bit too big, but that's how we like it. Throughout our 22-year history, a lot has changed. But one thing that has remained the same: we've always put our employees first. At the end of the day, we're really just a bunch of dreamers and doers who smile when they make others smile and we love making our guests and each other feel good. With plans to open new locations and enter new markets in the next several years, we are looking for enthusiastic leaders to join our team.
