We provide CNAs, LPNs, and Registered Nurses for: In-hospital concierge bedside care, offering one-to-one support, advocacy, and continuity during hospitalization In-home concierge care, whether independent of or following hospitalization, including post-acute recovery and long-term support Every engagement is supported by a dedicated 24/7 operations and client services team, ensuring immediate responsiveness, seamless coordination, and dependable staffing—often on short notice. Families and referral partners have continuous access to knowledgeable professionals, real-time oversight, and proactive support. In addition to New York, Access Nursing also provides private-pay facility care and Medicaid at-home services in New Jersey.
