ZYPCALL Information

Zypcall is a patented technology that displays content created by the owner of a called number directly on the inbound caller’s screen during ordinary phone calls. Zypcall opens a new world of display-while-calling. Zypcall is for consumers who will benefit from, instant information about a business or an individual that they are already calling for a specific reason – general information, a reservation, an appointment, or from a click-to-call. Content (messages, alerts, announcements, coupons, etc.) is displayed while the phone is ringing, on hold, voice mail, terminated, or even if phone system is disabled. Callers can act on this information without requiring the call to be answered. The content is totally controlled by the owner of the called number; it is not dynamically aggregated. In addition, the content can be tagged to specific caller ID’s so any number of messages, information or any other content can be private. By providing information and options prior to the call being answered Zypcall reduces or eliminates telephone time for general information, alerts or special messages. Zypcall uses the native dialer so no app management or selection is required. Some use case examples: * While waiting or during call, the caller might see a local concert and change plans accordingly. * Public agencies can post emergency avoiding long waits on hold. * Users can create messages that will be seen by all callers or only privately based on caller ID. * Contract Workers can display availability or even invoices (based on CID).
