Westerlands is a nature-led destination for corporate offsites, leadership retreats, and team gatherings, set on a regenerative, family-run estate in the South Downs. Just 75 minutes from London and 30 minutes from the coast, our 500 acres of woodland and farmland offer space for clarity, creativity, and genuine connection—far from the demands of the office. We design tailored experiences that help teams think differently, recharge deeply, and reconnect with purpose.
