Congestion management for crowded places. We are building a congestion management platform to facilitate the efficient transport of people and things to, from, and throughout crowded places. The on-demand economy, internet-of-things (IoT), and eventually autonomous vehicles will transform the economy over the next 10 to 15 years. These innovations will enable crowded places to reduce costs while improving service levels and efficiency. However, experimenting with new technologies can be difficult, especially for organizations with limited technical resources. Waitbot was created to fill this gap.
