The School of Coaching is a unique consultancy that uses coaching to transform the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. The School of Coaching was founded by Myles Downey, one of Europe’s most renowned coaches and author of ‘Effective Coaching’, a seminal text in the coaching profession. Myles has been coaching top executives for the past twenty years in Europe, Asia and across the American continent. The depth and subtlety of Myles’s coaching has led him to become known as ‘The Coach’s Coach’. The School of Coaching was the first organisation in Europe to teach coaching. Our ability to develop coaching skills and our expertise in using coaching to enhance performance has established us as market leaders in the coaching profession.
