Borne of her passion for wine, the Rustic Cellar lives up to founder Deb Brubaker's belief that great wine should be accessible and offered by the glass. As proof, the Rustic Cellar offers an authentically authored wine list with more than 200 hand-selected vintages from across the globe. The Rustic Cellar focuses on small production, low-case lot wines with an affection for domestic vintages, including Spring Mountain Cabernets, Oregon Pinots, Sonoma Chardonnays, and Washington State Merlots. An extensive cheese menu and light appetizer fare complement the wine selection. Join The Rustic Cellar for food-and-wine pairings or stop in and have them hand pick a distinctively different taste for you! The Rustic Cellar also now offers a great hand craft Beer menu personally selected by Owner, Michael "Murf" McCarthy. His list includes many locally crafted beers as well as a wide selction from across the globe. Murf prides himself on having an elegant yet inexpensive beer menu.
