Rated Ofsted ‘Good’ and with over 30 years’ experience, we understand that everyone is different, which is why we take the time to understand the needs of each and every person and business. The Learning Foundry, formerly Alder Training, joined The Regenda Group in July 2017. The Learning Foundry plays a key role in the Group’s purpose to regenerate place and create opportunities for people, by working with individuals and organisations to increase skills and build employment opportunities.
