The Equity Lab partners with organizations and communities to design leadership programs, workshops, and strategy sessions that build just, inclusive systems. Our work is grounded in transformative learning, deep reflection, and collective action — always centering equity, belonging, and liberation. We believe leadership is not about titles or hierarchy, but about the daily choices we make to disrupt harm, imagine new possibilities, and move with courage and care. Through offerings like the Nexus Fellowship, Seeding Disruption, and tailored consulting and facilitation experiences, we support leaders and teams in reimagining systems and building liberatory practices into their work. Our services include: Cohort-based leadership development programs that build community, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate racial equity leadership capacity. Custom facilitation and organizational strategy support to help teams align values with practice and navigate complexity together. Equity-centered coaching and thought partnership that nurtures reflection, healing, and powerful systems change. We walk alongside education institutions, nonprofits, coalitions, foundations, and other mission-driven organizations.
