To enhance organizational performance, Lean-Agile Advisers, LLC, uses the Competing Values Framework created by Kim Cameron and Robert Quinn in Diagnosing and Changing Organizational Culture to assess and change an organization's culture, thus supporting organizational change. Lean-Agile Advisers also uses Geert Hofstede's work on national cultures to add dimensions to organizational culture change. Lean-Agile Advisers uses Cameron and Quinn's Management Skills Assessment Inventory (MSAI) to help managers change in the direction of organizational culture change.
