Telemark (www.telemarkinc.com) and its affiliated companies serve the construction industry with integrity, maintaining its focus on quality and value true to its Scandinavian heritage. They served the industry in various capacities, as a General Contractor in the custom luxury residential market, as a Construction Manager (CM) in roles such as Owner’s Representation, Program Planning, and as a Service and Maintenance provider in roles such as estate management, facilities management, and a small projects division. Co-Founders Frank and Roy Dalene have established an impeccable reputation in several areas of the construction industry. Telemark received the 1998 Custom Builder of the Year Award, Best Home – Northeast Region from Custom Builder Magazine. Telemark received the 2001 “LIBI Award”- Platinum Award, for Best Community Recreation Center in Oceana at Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, NY from the Long Island Builders Institute.
