Konner Development is a family run business, located in Bridgehampton, New York. The Company was founded by Carol Konner in 1971 in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In 1979 the Konner family moved to the Hamptons, purchasing farmland and taking it through the subdivision process. From that time up to the present, Konner has been one of the largest developers on the East End of Long Island, building more than 100 luxury homes and completing in excess of ten subdivisions. The Konner family has weathered three recessions and continues to grow from year to year. Different from other builders, Konner, as a developer, builds on land it owns and markets the project to the public. The Company is currently under the general management of Greg Konner, who handles all of the construction and the day-to-day activities.
