Talk24’s core applications provide service provisioning, billing and value added service applications for fixed and wireless environments enabling a comprehensive solution to companies operating in telecommunications, services and finance. Talk24’s primary market is business to business relationships to enable telecoms operators to cross connect and utilizes services over Talk24’s Next Generation Network (“NGN”) with little to no cap-ex requirements. Talk24 owns and operates its own network with primary service nodes in Europe and Far East and maintains it’s R&D and programming office in Odessa Ukraine. Talk24 has deployed its NGNS telecom platform which delivers telecom services over a converged network infrastructure in compliance with many industry standards and protocols for GSM, CDMA, WiMax, etc. The platform also provides value-added services to the converged FMC market with international roaming capability for prepaid billing, service provision, OTA, VAS applications management specializing in CAMEL session controllers.
