Tulane School of Architecture and Built Environment prepares students to be impactful leaders in their professions and their communities. We empower students across disciplines to create, influence, and transform the spaces where we live, work, and thrive. Rooted in the vibrant cultural fabric of New Orleans, our six distinctive academic programs engage students in the ongoing effort to reconsider and rebuild in the face of natural and human-produced challenges. Our degree offerings include Bachelor and Master programs in Architecture, Design, Historic Preservation, Sustainable Real Estate Development, Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Urbanism and Landscape Architecture and Engineering. Through our hands-on research and community-based initiatives, such as the Albert and Tina Small Center for Collaborative Design and URBANbuild, students gain practical experience in collaborative design and construction, fostering a deep understanding of how to create sustainable, impactful change in communities. As a follow up and introduction we are a full service themed Event Production Company with in-house Sales and Art Department, Design staff, Set/Carpenter Shop, Lighting/Special Effects, a Sculpture Department, Sign Shop, as well as in-house Green House, Custom Linen and Floral Department. Currently our inventory boasts of over 10,000 props located less than 2 blocks from the New Orleans Convention Center .

The Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) is committed to artists, the presentation of multidisciplinary work, and the value and power of the art of our time. Formed in 1976 by a passionate group of visual and performing artists when the movement to tear down the walls between visual and performing arts was active nationwide, the CAC expresses its mission by organizing world class curated exhibitions, performances, and public programs that educate and enlarge audiences for the arts while encouraging collaboration among diverse stakeholders composed of artists, institutions, communities, and supporters throughout the world.
