Our cloud-based web and mobile application allows workers to directly report workplace incidents involving injuries, property damage, environmental hazards and security threats; close calls; or even just make suggestions – anonymously if they desire. The reports are then immediately transmitted to supervisors and safety professionals where reports can be completed, events evaluated for risk potential, root cause investigations launched and documented, and preventative actions evaluated and implemented.
