Project management for teams that live in Google Workspace. We created GQueues with one core principle in mind: simplicity. From the intuitive, familiar interface to deep integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, and the rest of Google Workspace, GQueues is designed to help teams focus on their work instead of the tool itself. Our goal isn't just to help people get things done — it's to reduce stress. GQueues is built to "just work," so your team can get things out of your head and into a trusted system, then dedicate that mental bandwidth to more creative, productive pursuits. Founded in 2009 by entrepreneur Cameron Henneke, GQueues grew from a personal task manager into the project management tool of choice for teams at small businesses, nonprofits, and schools. In 2024, GQueues was acquired by Baydin, the creators of the popular Boomerang apps for email and calendar productivity. Cameron and the GQueues team continue to build the product within Baydin, now with more resources to reach more people. Some things haven't changed: we've stuck to our "simplicity first" mantra, our Customer Care team still answers every question, and feedback from our community of users still drives where GQueues grows next.
