Le projet est né de la rencontre de Gérard Basset, Meilleur Sommelier du Monde en 2010, Master Sommelier et Master of Wine, et Grégory Castelli, entrepreneur passionné de vin et féru d'innovation. La culture vin des clients est de plus en plus forte. La carte des vins est devenue un moyen de se différencier, d'attirer de nouveaux clients, en plus d'être un levier de rentabilité important. Donc bien gérer sa carte des vins est devenu indispensable.
