The program was developed by a team of renowned reading experts, game developers, and student engagement specialists to create the most optimal learning environment for young learners. With every click, the system learns more about each student's learning temperament, thought processes before answering a question, confidence in the answer selected, and intervention and support needs. Our proprietary technology uses the data to automatically prescribe a learning path for each student. The continuous progress monitoring guarantees that students are engaged within their zone of proximal development so they remain captivated, challenged, and learning every minute. Founder, Mike Wood is the creative mind behind Smarty Ants, Inc. His background includes the development of 60+ educational products. Mike's passion for helping children grow into great readers began with the desire to help his three-year-old son. Mike launched his first product in 1995 to help his son understand that letters represent sounds...the sounds we use to build and read words.
