Our Downstairs Tasting Bar is home to an outstanding line-up of wines from six leading Hunter Winemakers; Thomas Wines, The Little Wine Company, David Hook, Margan and Keith Tulloch Wines who between them have amassed more than 50 trophies and hundreds of medals. From benchmark Semillon and Shiraz, to emerging varieties such as Viognier, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Barbera, we have the best of the Hunter Valley. On our mezzanine level the recently opened Icon Lounge presents a unique opportunity to taste wines from an even wider range of Hunter Valley winemakers. Many of these wines are unavailable for tasting anywhere in the Hunter Valley. The Icon Lounge features a collection of iconic Hunter wine such as Brokenwood Graveyard, McWiliam’s O´Shea and Thomas Kiss to name but a few. With our world-class tasting system you can create your own wine journey; compare the beauty of aged Hunter wines with the youthful vibrancy of a current release or simply relax with a cheese plate on the verandah.
