SHSL is a specialist resourcing business which focuses on the provision of high quality, high calibre systems and software candidates primarily to the aerospace and defence industry in the U.K. A prime supplier of contractors to BAE Systems, SHSL also supplies to MBDA and Selex Galileo as well as providing a permanent recruitment service. SHSL is unique in the recruitment industry in being owned by a software and systems house, Aerosystems International (AeI). SHSL works in partnership with AeI, a CMMI Level 5 company, both to resource software teams for AeI's in house projects as well as their external customers. SHSL is fully conversant with government security policy and can ensure that candidates meet these requirements where appropriate.
