Based in Bloomsbury, London we are one of the most recognised and respected Pilates brands worldwide. We offer Pilates teacher training and then more than 40 professional development courses covering studio equipment, sports and performance, special populations (pregnancy, bone health, older adult, children, hypermobility and more) and offer externally recognised qualifications. Our 1,500 member teachers live and work in more than 50 countries and we attract students from around the globe to our teacher training programmes. Body Control Pilates Founder and Director, Lynne Robinson, is well-known through both her media work and celebrity client base, as well as for her work in elite sport (including Chelsea FC, WBA, Football Association, England and Wales Cricket Board, England men's cricket team). Evolve Pilates offers a full schedule of Training Courses for Pilates Instructors. Our in-depth series begins with the core philosophy, history, and principles created by Joseph Pilates. Then, using hands on activities and sate of the art technology, we help students understand the anatomy and science behind the Pilates concepts and how they relate to the way we move. With our course design, each apparatus is learned alone, giving students time to absorb and practice the exercises. In addition, our courses provide vital information for Pilates instructors, like how to build a program that keeps your clients inspired, how to administer posture assessments and how to relate that information to a client's fitness goals. Our Full Comprehensive Instructor Training meets with the standards of the Pilates Method Alliance requirement of 450 hours and all levels of the mat work. Our teachers will be accepted and allowed to sit for the Pilates Method Alliance national certification exam.
