Evolve Pilates Information

Evolve Pilates offers a full schedule of Training Courses for Pilates Instructors. Our in-depth series begins with the core philosophy, history, and principles created by Joseph Pilates. Then, using hands on activities and sate of the art technology, we help students understand the anatomy and science behind the Pilates concepts and how they relate to the way we move. With our course design, each apparatus is learned alone, giving students time to absorb and practice the exercises. In addition, our courses provide vital information for Pilates instructors, like how to build a program that keeps your clients inspired, how to administer posture assessments and how to relate that information to a client's fitness goals. Our Full Comprehensive Instructor Training meets with the standards of the Pilates Method Alliance requirement of 450 hours and all levels of the mat work. Our teachers will be accepted and allowed to sit for the Pilates Method Alliance national certification exam.
