Shape Talent is a boutique consulting firm with a bold vision: to get significantly more women into senior leadership roles in business. In 2017, we still see a gender pay gap standing at 9.1% (based on median hourly earnings), and at least 80 years* before gender parity will be reached in the UK. Men are still 4.5 times** more likely to make it on to an executive committee role than a woman starting out on her career at the same time. We aim to significantly help women's progression through two key offerings: WORKING WITH ORGANISATIONS: GENDER EQUALITY CONSULTING Using our proprietary model, we conduct a diagnostic to understand where changes will have the greatest impact. Strategies are designed collaboratively to dismantle barriers, create relevant support structures and ensure that solutions are able to thrive within the ethos and structure of your organisation. WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS: CAREER COACHING We specialise in helping women at middle management level to reach their career aspirations.
