NCAL Ltd Information

NCAL Limited was established in 1998, and has been striving to deliver high-quality workbased learning and apprenticeship programmes ever since. We specialise in helping large employers to optimise their apprenticeship programmes, from the design stage right through to final delivery and achievement. We describe ourselves as a boutique training provider, one that serves a sophisticated and specialised clientele. We like this description. It describes both us and our employer clients very nicely! We’ve used the term for a long time. NCAL is a RoATP provider for levy paying employers. We are very responsive to our clients’ needs and are expert at designing bespoke apprenticeship programmes for large employers. We recognise that every organisation is different, and every apprentice is an individual. We also have a lot of fun along the way too!
