This module is applicable to team leaders, supervisors and emerging leaders, or anyone in a leadership position wanting to improve their team leadership skills. • seventyWest has introduced a series of short, sharp professional development workshops to hone those skills that make the difference between a good leader and great leader. These 3-hour workshops are focused on developing and tweaking a specific skill that could make all the difference. Choose from Delegation, goal setting, time management, communication and feedback. • For those interested in progressing their careers in the Lot Feeding industry, we offer Australia’s only Nationally (VET) Accredited Certificate IV course in Feedlot Production (Feeding Management). This course provides detailed foundation in the key production areas of nutrition, feedstuffs, grain processing, bunk management and environment.
