We provide a comprehensive placement service for seniors, serving the New York metropolitan area, including all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, mid and lower parts of Westchester and Fairfield County. We offer a comprehensive pre-screening assessment by a registered nurse to help determine the perfect fit for each client (i.e., assisted living, independent living or memory care). For Professionals: We are also a free resource for professionals working in the senior living industry. Our goal is to find appropriate placement for their clients or patients, whether the need is urgent or the patient or client is in the early planning stages. For Families and Caregivers: We are a free resource for families and caregivers when there may be a need for senior living. After your initial one-on-one consultation with either Beth or Paul, we develop a comprehensive plan and support you through the entire process.
