Schmear Information

Schmear is an all-day dining restaurant specialising in hand-rolling and baking the best bagels in Singapore fresh every morning. Schmear also offers a wide range of New York specialities such as deli sandwiches, burgers, BBQ, pizza, pasta and more. Our executive chef, Sady Cerna, is an extremely talented chef and spends much of his time coming up with creative new dishes and specials on a daily basis. Come down to our flagship restaurant on the waterfront at Quayside Isle in Sentosa Cove for great food, great people and great views. We're open every day from 8am to 10pm (except Tuesdays).
