Aloha Poké was founded in 2015 by two Singaporean couples who discovered a shared love for poké while vacationing in Hawaii together. Given that this was before Singapore discovered poké, it was the perfect time to open Aloha Poké's flagship outlet along Amoy Street. Fast forward two years, Aloha Poké now has five outlets islandwide and a separate kitchen catering to Deliveroo orders.
